1. Introduction

RVeely is pre-marketing insurance policies for RV insurance and plans to launch in 2024. RVeely is currently providing quotes to give potential customers an estimate of savings by switching to RVeely. These quotes are not an offer to sell insurance, but are simply an estimate of the cost of insurance based on the information that you provide. RVeely would reach out to customers with an actual offer to buy and bind the insurance when RVeely launches their services.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a quote, you must be a resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age. You must also provide us with certain information about yourself and your RV, such as your name, address, date of birth, RV make and model, and RV value etc.

3. Quotes

We will provide you with a quote based on the information that you provide. The quote will include the estimated premium, the chosen deductible, and the chosen coverage limits. These quotes would be subject to information provided by you (the applicant) as we are not going to pull any credit or driving history checks during the pre-launch phase.

4. Accuracy

We make every effort to provide accurate quotes, but we cannot guarantee that the quotes are 100% accurate. The actual premium may vary depending on a number of factors, such as your driving record, your credit score, the make and model of your RV, and your personal insurance history.

5. Use of Quotes

Quotes provided are governed under these terms are not an offer to sell insurance. They are simply an estimate of the insurance premiums. You should not use quotes as a reference to get an actual insurance policy.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The most current version of the terms and conditions will be posted on our website.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be held in Delaware.

9. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter hereof. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

13. Headings

The headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.

14. Counterparts

These terms and conditions may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.
